Greetings. This is my first post.
I am in the process of researching my relatives who settled in the village of Selz in the Kutschurgan region.
The surnames of my great grandparents, who moved from there to South Dakota in the mid-1880s are Rombs and Kessler. They homesteaded about midway between Ipswich and Faulkton, SD.
Their ancestors came to Selz from Alsace and Pfalz.
At some point in the near future I should have one or more trees to share.
